Need a different size? Want our fitting advice before ordering a different size?

Email us at support@trusstlingerie.com with a description and/or photos of what isn't working

for you, and we'll happily work with you to determine a better size and/or style for you.

 

Are bras returnable?

Yes - all returned bras must have the original tags and protective plastic bag. Bras must be

unworn, undamaged, and be free of stains and odor. Please visit our Customer Warranty

page for more information.

 

How do I return an item?

Use the form at the bottom of this page to submit your return request using your order email

and the 4-digit order number from your confirmation email.

As of Oct. 6, 2017, you will receive an email with a shipping label from FedEx with the return address below:

For your protection, we strongly recommend that you retain tracking information when mailing

your return until you have received your refund. If your return is not delivered we will not be

able to refund you.

 

How long do I have to return an item?

We will gladly accept returns if they are received by our warehouse within 30 days from the

purchase date.

 

How do I package my return?

Use the packaging of your choice to repackage the bra (i.e. a poly-bag similar to the one your bra was shipped in). Please be aware that any items damaged during returns shipping will not be eligible for refund.

You must include the clear plastic bag used to protect the bra, all original tags, and the packing slip that came in your package in order for our warehouse to process your return. 

 

What if my bra arrived damaged?

If your bra arrives damaged, take photographs immediately of the damaged areas and the packaging.

Please email support@trusstlingerie.com with the photos so that we can assist you. Please see our

Customer Warranty for more information.

 

Do you charge for returns?

Trusst charges $7.50 USD as a processing fee for every return starting as of Oct. 6, 2017. 

 

Damaged or Worn Returns

All returns are inspected upon receipt at our warehouse. If your item is returned to us damaged

or worn your order will not be eligible for refund. We will notify you if your return does not pass

inspection and will include the reason and images as reported by our warehouse.

 

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once our warehouse receives your package, your item(s) will be inspected to ensure that it meets

the return criteria. When the warehouse notifies us that your return has been received and is

approved, we will refund your order to the original form of payment. This can take 7-10 business

days to process through your financial institution.

 

Why don't you offer exchanges?

Due to the high demand across our size range we cannot guarantee that your requested exchange

size will be available when your returned item has been received and inspected. To ensure that you

receive an alternative size, we encourage you to purchase that size directly, as you should receive it

much faster than our warehouse will be able to receive and process your return.
